Do I need to make an appointment to speak with someone?
While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend calling ahead to ensure we can give you our full attention.
What should I do if a loved one has passed away?
If the death is sudden and unexpected, please dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.
If the death is expected, phone the doctor on call by dialling the NHS on 111, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After the death has been verified by either a doctor, a registered nurse, a paramedic or a police officer, please call us on 01903 692626. We will guide you through the next steps with care and sensitivity.
