Provision for the deaf
We believe it is important that all members of our community have access to our funeral services in a way that is compatible with their individual needs.
Deaf awareness policy
Initial contact can be by text message or email if desired.
As part of our Deaf Awareness policy, we also offer the services of a CACDP Level 2 communicator in British Sign Language for both funeral arrangements and to be available at the funeral service.
We make no charge for this. Prior appointments must be made for our signer to assist you.
